About Terravita
Rooted in nature, made for life.
Terravita is the parent company for India’s next generation of clean-snack brands — starting with the humblest, healthiest seed of all: makhana.
Our Story
A platform, not a single SKU.
Terravita exists to take India’s most-loved heritage ingredients and ship them — clean, certified and scaled — to the world. Makhana is the first chapter. Millets, jackfruit and ancient pulses follow.
We work directly with farming communities in Bihar’s Kosi basin, hand-pop every kernel by traditional artisans, and back every shipment with FSSAI, APEDA, Halal and Phyto-sanitary paperwork.
What we stand for.
Honest sourcing
Direct from Bihar's Kosi belt farmers. No middlemen, traceable batches.
Clean by default
No cholesterol, no artificial flavors, no chemical processing.
Built to scale
120 MT/month capacity, certified for USA, EU, GCC and SEA markets.
We're mothers first.
We're not food experts who became mothers. We're mothers who became obsessed with finding food we could trust. Every product we create is something we'd confidently serve our own families first.

Co-Founder · People & Culture
"After years of building teams and systems, I realized the most important thing I build every day is my family's trust. TerraVita was born from the same belief—that clean, honest food should never be a compromise."

Jyotika
Co-Founder · Brand & Product
"Creativity has always been my language, whether through storytelling or in the kitchen. As a mother, I wanted food that felt just as thoughtful as the meals I make at home. That's the heart behind TerraVita."
💛 Agastya & Lakshya's Mom
Priya
Co-Founder · Operations & Growth
"I've always believed that quality comes from doing the little things right. As a mom, choosing safe, honest food became deeply personal—and that's the standard we bring to everything we create."
